First U must now, that bassically they all ponzi scheme. Ponzi is mean, new member pay old member, that’s why if a program lack of new member and new fresh money, they usually going down, even if the admin wanted to continue the program longer, but nothing he can do, if they are ponzi scheme. But most of the programs run off if  they cannot pay members, or they only collect members money and go. It’s called SCAM. Most of the programs are scam, we must learn the difference between good and bad program.

I saw evolution in hyip n pts programs. The programs nowadays usually collect the money and put the fund into another programs. It called fund poll. Most of the honest admins did this, and if the programs didn’t run as they plan, honest admin usually refund the fund. But the number of honest admin is very little. Most of the admin are scammers.
